Print Production Associate

The Print Shop Associate completes printing projects from basic business cards to large-scale window graphics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Loads media into various print machines and carries out the production of projects from print to finishing
- Assists with delivery or installation, as needed.
- Operates equipment such as digital printers, large-format printers, laminators, cutters, punchers, heat presses, DTG printers, and at times, works with ladders and scaffolds.
- Uses computer programs (ex. Adobe Creative Suite) to create, review, and format print proofs.
- Meets production deadlines as outlined by the Print Shop Manager.
Education & Experience
- 2-5 Years of experience in digital printing environment.
- Graphics installation experience preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
- This position may require some travel.
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel and E-mail.
