Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Full-Time Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities as they build confidence, skills, and independence in the workplace. This role provides hands-on training and ongoing coaching that helps participants thrive in competitive and integrated work environments.
What You’ll Do:
Train and coach participants on job tasks and workplace behaviors.
Provide on-site support, guidance, and reinforcement to ensure job success.
Serve as a liaison between participants, employers, and program staff.
Identify accommodation needs and advocate for workplace inclusion.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of job coaching or related experience.
Experience supporting individuals with barriers to employment.
Excellent communication, patience, and relationship-building skills.
Spanish/English bilingual preferred; nonprofit experience a plus.
