Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Supervisor, WCD Business Services to guide a high-performing team that builds employer partnerships and creates meaningful employment opportunities. You’ll coach and develop Business Service Specialists, strengthen relationships with key employers, and drive job placement and retention outcomes that align with our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate Business Service Specialists to meet activity, placement, and retention goals.
Cultivate and manage relationships with employers across high-growth industries.
Oversee outreach campaigns, job fairs, and community events that generate hiring opportunities.
Collaborate with workforce partners and funders to ensure employer-responsive service delivery.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with funder and organizational standards.
What You Bring:
Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
2–3 years of supervisory experience in workforce or business development.
Experience working with employers and/or individuals facing employment barriers.
Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Salesforce/CRM knowledge preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
