Make a difference by helping us upcycle products, keep them out of landfills, and deliver quality items to our community! In this hands-on role, you’ll be an integral part of our operations—unloading trucks, stocking the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service, and handling transactions at the register. What You’ll Do: 

• Build Relationships: Foster excellent connections with customers and colleagues. 

• Product Flow: Transfer items from the receiving dock to the Outlet. 

• Merchandise Management: Rotate merchandise within the Outlet Store. 

• Sales Preparation: Prepare products for After Market sales. 

• Maintain Standards: Uphold high levels of cleanliness and organization. 

• Transaction Handling: Operate a cash register accurately. 

• Logistics: Load and unload trucks efficiently. 

• Team Support: Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Flexible Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts—including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime. 

• Independent Work Ethic: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Bilingual Skills: Spanish and English bilingual preferred. 

• Dependability: Reliable with punctual attendance. 

• Integrity: Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
