Join Our Team as a Clearance Center Associate!
Make a difference by helping us upcycle products, keep them out of landfills, and deliver quality items to our community! In this hands-on role, you’ll be an integral part of our operations—unloading trucks, stocking the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service, and handling transactions at the register. Enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that values safety and offers ample opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Foster excellent connections with customers and colleagues.
- Product Flow: Transfer items from the receiving dock to the Outlet.
- Merchandise Management: Rotate merchandise within the Outlet Store.
- Sales Preparation: Prepare products for After Market sales.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold high levels of cleanliness and organization.
- Transaction Handling: Operate a cash register accurately.
- Logistics: Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Team Support: Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts—including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Independent Work Ethic: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual Skills: Spanish and English bilingual preferred.
- Dependability: Reliable with punctual attendance.
- Integrity: Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
