Primary Responsibility / Summary

Responsible for the efficient operation of the Company's E-Commerce operations; manages and leads supervisors and line employees to achieve established goals for sales, production, customer service, payroll, safety and expense control.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 


1.Analyzes sales trends and inventory needs to determine the best course for ensuring optimal inventory to facilitate sales.
2.Work cross functionally with Amazon, EBay and eCommerce team to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements, and help drive the eCommerce department forward.
3.Develops effective merchandising strategies for the online marketplace.
4.Continually researches and develops revenue -generating and cost cutting opportunities for assigned areas of operation.
5.Monitor and intervene in day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce business to achieve aggressive sales goals and profitability targets.
6.Assist in monitoring the team’s work against established quality control guidelines for inventory prior to listing for sale.
7.Monitor department expense control, and report budgets.
8.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 
9.Experience Managing and building a team and ability to coach and advise eCommerce team.
10.Acts as top-tier customer support to address elevated customer service issues.
11.Prepares, maintains and submits required financial reporting.



Education & Experience

•5-7 years of managerial and supervisory experience.

•3-5 years of e-commerce experience, utilizing Amazon and eBay as listing platforms.

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

•Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.



Other Qualifications

•Possesses a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance. 

•This position may require some travel.

•Ability to work with minimal supervision. 

•Punctual and dependable attendance.

•Free from alcohol and drug abuse.

•Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
